There are a number of televangelists and miracle-working preachers in the religious world who claim that the Holy Spirit continues to perform miraculous signs today. We know what the "nay sayers" have said, and we know what the "true believers" say — but what does the Bible say? Does the ancient Bible give us an answer about modern miracles?
