Leadership in the church the way that Jesus described it was really servanthood. Our leaders, in accordance with the Bible, have been appointed from among the more spiritually mature men of the church. Our servant-leaders are family men with the experiences of life and wisdom from the Scriptures that make an effective combination for ministry.
